Buyers may request a return under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery: The product was not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe specified by the seller.

Incorrect Item: The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Non-Conformity: The product does not match the description, specifications, or images provided in the listing.
